Create an LLM provider

| --api-key-ref | string | API key or AWS Secret Access Key secret reference (bedrock). |
| --authorization-passthrough | - | forward client’s Authorization header to upstream (Anthropic enterprise/Max OAuth). |
| --base-url | string | base URL. |
| --bedrock-access-key-id-ref | string | AWS Access Key ID or secret reference for Bedrock. |
| --bedrock-region | string | AWS region for Bedrock (e.g. us-east-1). |
| --display-name | string | display name. |
| --enabled | - | whether provider is enabled (default true). |
| -h, --help | - | help for create. |
| --models | strings | supported models. |
| --name | string | provider name (required). |
| --type | string | provider type: openai, anthropic, google, bedrock. |
| -o, --format | string | output format: table |
| wide | json | yaml |
| markdown (env: RPAI_FORMAT) (default "table"). | --no-color | - |
| disable colored output (env: NO_COLOR). | -c, --rpai-config | string |
