Install Redpanda Connect.

By default, this command installs the latest version of Redpanda Connect. Alternatively, you can use the command with the `--connect-version` flag to install a specific version.

To force the installation of Redpanda Connect, use the `--force` flag.

rpk connect install [flags]

## [](#flags)Flags

| Value | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| --connect-version | string | The Redpanda Connect version to install. For example: "4.32.0" (default "latest"). |
| --force | - | Force install of Redpanda Connect. |
| -h, --help | - | Help for install. |
| --config | string | Redpanda or rpk config file; default search paths are /var/lib/redpanda/.config/rpk/rpk.yaml, $PWD/redpanda.yaml, and /etc/redpanda/redpanda.yaml. |
| -X, --config-opt | stringArray | Override rpk configuration settings. See rpk -X or execute rpk -X help for inline detail or rpk -X list for terser detail. |
| --profile | string | Profile to use. See rpk profile for more details. |
| -v, --verbose | - | Enable verbose logging. |
