Use the Home Page
The Home page is where you land when you sign in to Redpanda Agentic Data Plane at ai.redpanda.com. It shows what needs your attention in the current environment, then summarizes gateway traffic, spend, and budget health so you can spot a problem before you go looking for it. To return to it from anywhere, open Home in the sidebar.

Act on what needs attention
The Needs attention list shows problems in the environment. It lists errors first, then warnings, then informational items. Each item has a button that either fixes the problem in place or takes you to the place to fix it.

An agent with its own budget gets its own budget item. Agents on the default budget share one item, labeled Default budget, which appears when the agent closest to the default limit reaches it.
The list shows five items at a time. When there are more, click Show n more to see the rest, and Show less to collapse them again.
To hide an item you don’t plan to act on, click Dismiss (the X icon in its row). A dismissed item stays hidden in this browser for this environment. If the problem clears and later comes back, the item appears again.
When nothing needs attention, an Everything looks healthy card replaces the list.
Check gateway traffic
The AI Gateway traffic chart plots tokens as bars and spend as a line over the last 24 hours of AI Gateway traffic. Click View all to open the same 24 hours on the Cost and usage page.
Check spend at a glance
Three figures summarize the environment:

Spend · MTD: Spend so far this month, plus spend in the last 24 hours.

Active agents: Agents that ran in the last 24 hours.

Tokens · MTD: Tokens used so far this month.
Click any of them to open the matching view on the Cost and usage page. See Analyze Cost and Usage.
Check budget health
The Budget governance card shows how agents are doing against their budgets in the current period:

How many agents are governed by a budget, and the default budget’s limit and warning percentage.

A bar that splits those agents into within budget, near limit, and over limit. An agent is near its limit when its spend reaches the budget’s warning amount.

Closest to their limit: Up to four agents with the highest budget usage. Each is tagged Custom when it has its own budget, or Default when the default budget applies. Click an agent to see its cost and usage.
Click Manage budgets to open the Budgets page. If the environment has no default budget yet, the card says No budget set. Click Create default budget to add one. See Set Up Budgets.
See who spends the most
The Top spenders card ranks agents and users by spend over the last seven days. Switch between the Agents and Users tabs, and click View all to see the full breakdown on the Cost and usage page.
Start a common task
The quick actions start the most common setup tasks: Add LLM provider, Create agent, Add MCP server, and Add OAuth client.
